A petition for rehearing of the Siting Board's decision was filed by New York City. Briefs in opposition were filed by KeySpan, Staff and DEC.
A Recommended Decision was issued on August 7, 2001.
Briefs were filed June 28, 2001 and Reply Briefs were filed July 6, 2001.
An Evidentiary Hearing was held June 14, 2001.
An Order Specifying Article X Issues was issued March 26, 2001.
A Procedural Ruling and Schedule was issued on March 12, 2001.
An issues conference was held on March 1, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., at One Penn Plaza, Manhattan
A public statement hearing was held on February 28, 2001, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Public School No. 112, 25-05 37th Avenue, Queens.
The Chairman of the Siting Board determined on January 24, 2001 that the supplemented application complies with the requirements of Article X of the Public Service Law, and fixed February 28, 2001 as the date for commencement of public statement hearings.
On November 10, 2000, KeySpan submitted supplemental information. A review to determine whether the supplemented application is complete is being conducted by the Department of Public Service, the Department of Environmental Conservation and the Department of Health.
The Article X application was filed on July 28, 2000.
